Hey guys sorry Iโve been away for a bit! Itโs one week now since I had my hernia surgeryโฆ feeling better and looking forward to slowly getting back to more of my normal routine (and most importantly carry on the bulk)
Dinner last night must have been at least 3000kcal, also had 2 soups on top of this ๐ตโ๐ซ
