This bug only impacts users that have the narrowband closed loop enabled.
It is fixed in the attached V4.5 patch....

Starting to think about putting together ideas for V5. I have some features that I want to add, but I'm open to adding to the list. Also if you would like to see one of the current features improved please comment about that too.
Here is my current list:
Edit 2: I tested the fix and was able to confirm that both issues are fixed. I've uploaded a new version of the Boost OS Patcher (V1.4) that will allow you to upgrade to BOS V4.4 that includes the fixes.

Version 3 of the boost OS which includes many new features. This operating system is a patched version of the 12587603 OS that is for the P59 (1mb blue/green connector) PCM.

Here are the new features in Version 4:
