We hiked the second most difficult trail on Kaua'i, completely barefoot.  6.2 miles, and over 1400 feet of elevation change.  Everyone we passed thought we were crazy, but we're the only ones who didn't slip trying to avoid the mud.

We made it!

Thankyou guys for the encouragement, we sure needed it a few times! It's already dark, we're grabbing dinner and going to call it a night so we can start early tomorrow. Plenty of pics coming!

3rd times the charm!

We found a little hotel, and no shit, we both slept for 16 hours. We did catch a nearby shuttle back to the airport, so we didn't have to walk through the rain. We've got 2 hours to kill at the airport, and we are READY!!

It's been eventful already! Josh's friend picked us up an hour ago to take us to the airport, and before we got to the highway, I got a text update that our flight was canceled, and rebooked for tomorrow, same time. We all high fived on nailing the dry run 😆 I am going back to bed.
