You rarely see the story from the side of the killer's family, and this is a really interesting perspective on the heartbreaking reality that so many lives are destroyed, not just the victim's. So much pain and grief, and I know we aren't very far into the drama yet and have a ways to go so there's probably more pain and frustration to come, but I hope that they can make it through everything. These main leads deserve happiness!

I'm so glad that he has SOMEONE at least that's rooting for him in all of this and it really says a lot about her character. And that's awesome!!! We didn't even realize Lee Seunggi was married but that's his wife! Ok! She's so cute!

2023-08-30 16:41:32 +0000 UTCMan oh man this drama is so good! My heart just hurts for Namu and, of course for Nak Won as well but I can only imagine all the inner turmoil he must be facing. Like you said constantly having people reopen his wound, being compared to his father (people saying he looks just like him), people looking at him like he's the murderer and he's probably feeling responsible for all of these people's grief, especially Nak Woni. I just thought about when he said, "I'm sorry for liking you" he was probably feeling guilty for even liking someone but also he was sorry because he knew she would be brought into his world. Guilt and shame must weigh on him so much and on top of that, he doesn't really have anyone to lean on. That's so hard. I just wanted to give him a hug and scream at the reporters "LEAVE THEM ALONE and GO GET A LIFE!!!" the entire episode haha. Can't wait for the next one! Definitely emotionally attached to these characters.

Honestly she could’ve decided to never see him or talk to him again after running away and since the daughter was so young she probably would’ve mostly forgot about him as well but she loves him so much that she still calls him her son. Namu most likely would never have contacted them on his own so we can assume it came from her. 🥺 The actress who plays Namu‘s colleague who he trains with is Lee Seunggi‘s wife btw!
