Some blame does, but the actual killer has no right to put the blame on her and not himself. Their acting in this is incredible. We've seen the dad in other things and have loved him as an actor and in those characters but he's just so EVIL in this!!! I think yes, you can some blame on her, but at the same time I understand how scary and how hard it would have been to face that. She was a coward for sure, but she's grown so much. Overall just a very complex situation with a lot of emotions. The drama has done a great job of creating this kind of discussion.

Also, he was technically right about her not reporting him since he could have gone after her and her kid even if she didn't report him. Some blame definitely falls on her.
