Definitely a lot of ups and downs during this time Rana and food poisoning really sucks no matter when or where you get it, but at least the training went well in the end and you can now relax for a bit and try and get plenty of rest. Also, I think the new haircut looks great!. Also also are we going to be getting gym vlogs instead of car vlogs from now on?. ๐ช๐
